Let it in

"Whom have I in Heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you, my flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." -Psalm 73:25-26

"Therefore brothers, since we have confidence to enter the most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, Hid Body, and since we hav ea great priest over the hosue of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised us is faithful." Hebrews 10:19-23

Sometimes you just have to let it in, let it sink down and wash over you. His word, His breath, His very presence. Amazing stuff. Let it in.

Very much so!

Yesterday, on one of my breaks, I opened up my Bible and started reading some of the psalms. When I came to Psalm 91:14-16, I stopped and just read it over and over.

I changed some of the words so it became more personalized and just meditated on it.

A lot of times, I don't do that and I get caught up trying to search for head knowledge and forget that the Word is as much a love note as anything else.

Very good! :)
